After your initial resume consultation, where we go over your work experience, background, skills and job expectations, within 3-5 business days, you will receive your first draft . Once you carefully review our draft, we will do any required updates or changes and will continue to work on your resume until you are totally satisfied with your final copy. We will e-mail your final copy in Word and PDF format.

How our Resume Writing Service works:
– Call us to book your appointment at 604.531.9205 (at our office in person, over phone or email)
– E-mail an electronic copy of your old resume to firstname.lastname@example.org
– Gather all information needed for your resume consultation: past jobs, old resume, certificates/awards, name & number of 2-3 references, a job posting if you are applying for a specific job
– All consults range from 30 min – 60 min.
– We require payment at the time of appointment by Visa, MasterCard or cash. We cannot take debit unless it is a visa debit.
– 3 to 5 business days after your consultation, you will receive your draft (Need it sooner? Rush fee $60)
– Carefully review your draft within the next 10 business days and e-mail us back any changes or updates. If after 10 business days we haven’t received any feedback from you, we consider you have approved your draft copy and this copy becomes your final copy. Updating fees will apply after this time.
– We make changes and updates immediately until you are satisfied with your final resume copy
– We will e-mail your final copy in a Microsoft Word doc or PDF…or both
– We will also give you a hard copy to be picked up at reception
– We will always keep a copy of your resume in our cloud/server for future updates
– Additional fees apply for updates of final copies. Fees range from $6 to $60 depending on the amount of changes
